Lawyers Marco Mossa and Gioia Vanzan’s legal studio is based at Palazzo Tendenza and was set up in January 2004.

The studio is structured in such a way as to guarantee the complete and computerised management of clients’ legal matters and highly specialised judicial and extra-judicial advice and assistance to firms and individuals in the following fields:

• law of obligations, with specific attention to the debt collection sector in both Italy and abroad;

• family law (consensual and judicial separations and divorces) and law of succession (division of inheritances);

• property law and other rights in rem and, in particular, neighbourhood relations, right of way, usufruct, co-ownership and joint-ownership, possession and usucapion;

•  bankruptcy law;

• contracts, with assistance in both negotiation and drawing up phases;

• trade law and corporate law (drawing up contracts and commercial agreements, certificates of incorporation, statutes and shareholders' agreements for bodies, firms, associations, joint ventures and consortia, full assistance in disputes between partners and between partners and firms).
