Peoplerise is a Padua and Milan based consultancy firm specialising in developing and facilitating innovative transformation projects relating to people and organisations.

To achieve this transformation we create safe spaces and social processes in which progress moves forward via exploratory and experimental dialogue with the in-depth participation of people whose complex skills we support, with respect for client businesses a constant. We create ad hoc horizontal leadership and organisational transformation projects via multi-stakeholder involvement, capacity building, co-design and participation. Our work impacts on processes and organisational models, relationship system quality, the dissemination of cross-functional work and the adoption of more flexible approaches based on co-creation.
