H2C S.p.A. is a real estate and investment holding company. The Group boasts seventy years of experience in the energy infrastructure sector and, in particular, in natural gas.

Currently, the investment target sectors of H2C S.p.A. I am:

• Energy: design, construction and management of innovative energy infrastructures and systems, also in line with the provisions of the European decarbonisation and energy transition plans, with a particular focus on the production and supply of green hydrogen;

• Real estate: redevelopment or development operations with a particular focus on value-add and opportunistic opportunities in the executive asset class office.
